EDLD 5364 Teaching W/ Technology Post Conference- Week 1

The conference was pretty much a house keeping session. Dr. Borel mentioned that we need to have a 3-5 member group from within our same section (which I had already done). She also said to please stay up to date with our course embedded document, field supervisor document, and action research report.  In addition, she also discussed that we must have a wiki portfolio and so if we do not have one, to go ahead and Google how to create one because later on down the road we will need it anyways.  We have 2 reflections and EVERYTHING is due on Sunday. First reflection is in regards to the to the web conference and the Second reflection is in regards to the readings. Overall, that was pretty much the “meat” of the conference. Most of it was to allow the students to go ahead and create their group. She also stressed that week 3 and week 5 are the hardest and to please manage your time wisely. Thank God my Spring Break is during week 3! Web Conferences are on Tuesdays at 8 pm for this course.
